Configure. Review. Launch.
Choose a repository
Paste a public GitHub URL. Gitpad reads its metadata and rechecks the current owner before launch. The repository URL is included in the token’s onchain website metadata. A link does not establish ownership or endorsement.
Prepare the token in Gitpad
Set the name, ticker, description, and creator fee wallet. The repository owner’s avatar is used as the token image. Launches use native ETH, no initial buy, 0% optional creator tax, and no buyback. These settings are shown before approval.
Review and sign
Connect a wallet on Robinhood Chain. Gitpad reads the active pons v2 factory’s launch configuration, launch fee, and eligibility. It pins the quoted economics, rechecks the repository, and simulates the transaction before asking your wallet to approve. Configuration and fee changes require a new review.
The launch stays in Gitpad. Your wallet submits the transaction directly to the pons factory; Gitpad does not custody funds or deploy its own launch contracts. Network gas is charged separately.
Choose the fee recipient carefully
pons pays creator fees to the wallet configured for the launch. A GitHub username is not a wallet address. Confirm an address with the repository owner if you intend to reward them. Gitpad does not verify this relationship or automatically split fees among contributors.
Wait for confirmation
Track the transaction here. Gitpad only shows a successful launch after a successful receipt includes the documented pons factory’s launch event for your wallet. The token contract is saved locally for inspection. If confirmation is delayed, recheck the saved transaction instead of submitting again.
The public repository-market index is separately reviewed. A launch does not automatically make a token an official or endorsed repository market.
Understand the assets
Community tokens are not equity, intellectual property, or revenue rights. Stock Token associations are separate context. Tokens can lose all value.
